Returns, Refunds and Credits.

Master Magnetics accepts returns with 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the original packaging and resalable.  A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Contact 800 525-3536, or email   Shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable to the buyer.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns with the exception of a defective product.

Defects in magnets are determined on a per order basis.  Call or email Master Magnetics for a product determination.  We may request a sample of the product or return of the order to determine the nature of the problem.  After confirmation of a defective product Master Magnetics will replace or refund the product based on the situation and availability.


NOTE:  When shipping magnetic material you will need to have proper packaging and follow carrier instructions.  Preferred carriers are UPS and FedEx because packages are traceable. Notify the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc) immediately if package is damaged upon delivery.  Claims can only be filed if damage is noted by carrier.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping by calling 1-800-525-3536. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns policy above for returns, refunds and credits.
